Innodata Inc. in the United States is seeking a Director/Client Partner to drive growth with strategic Information Services clients. You will lead executive engagements, shape enterprise AI solutions, and expand revenue across a portfolio of accounts.

You will own account strategy, identify opportunities, and collaborate with AI, engineering, and delivery teams to deliver complex transformations and managed services at scale.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, AI/ML, information services, or strategic account management.
• 5+ years managing and growing large strategic accounts in Information Services, Publishing, Research, Legal, or knowledge-driven orgs.
• Track record of expanding relationships and closing complex services engagements worth $2M+.
• Experience selling AI, data engineering, content modernization, enterprise search, knowledge management, or managed services.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior leaders across business and technical functions.
• Expertise in account planning, forecasting, and complex commercial negotiations.
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder groups including Product, Technology, AI/ML, Content Ops, Research, Data, Procurement, and execs.
• Bachelor's required; MBA or Master’s preferred.

• Own account strategy, growth plan, pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and revenue for strategic Information Services customers.
• Develop and execute expansion strategies across publishing, research, legal, regulatory, and information services.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, content, research, and operations.
• Identify, qualify, and close complex Enterprise AI, data engineering, digital transformation, and managed services engagements.
• Drive expansion into Generative AI, enterprise search, knowledge management, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with solution architects, AI specialists, engineering leaders, and delivery teams to shape solutions.
