Medtronic Endoscopy seeks an Executive Area Innovation Manager (AIM) to accelerate adoption of AI‑powered GI Genius and lead enterprise‑level sales across MSOs, IDNs, and hospitals. This remote role requires travel up to 75% and residency within the territory (Atlanta, GA; Jacksonville, FL; or Charleston, SC) to cover GA, SC, and N.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices or life sciences.
• Associate's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles.
• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive enterprise customer‑level adoption and utilization of Medtronic AI and software‑based GI platforms.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles across MSO/IDN HQs, hospitals, and ASC networks.
• Serve as a commercial expert in SaMD, including workflow integration and long‑term customer success.
• Maintain CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate deal progression and adoption.
