Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Executive Area Innovation Manager for GI Genius in Endoscopy. This remote role covers GA/SC/North Florida, requiring up to 75% travel. You will accelerate adoption of AI-powered GI Genius and lead enterprise sales across health systems, MSOs, IDNs, and hospitals.

You will articulate clinical, operational, and economic value to executive audiences and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth, adoption, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of degree-related sales/clinical experience or higher as specified.
• Proven track record in complex, quota-driven roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-level adoption and utilization of GI Genius platform.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles across hospitals, IDNs, MSOs, and ASC networks.
• Deliver executive-level negotiations and enterprise contracting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal progression and adoption.
