Medtronic plc is seeking an Executive Area Innovation Manager for the Endoscopy unit to lead enterprise-level adoption of GI Genius AI platform across health systems in the Ohio, Michigan and Western PA region. This remote-based field role requires up to 75% travel and strong executive engagement to drive value realization and long-term contracts.

Formación

10+ years of experience in sales, clinical, or related roles
Experience with complex, quota-driven commercial roles
Enterprise-level selling experience in healthcare technology, software (SaaS), or SaMD
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and top performance
Strong executive communication skills

Responsabilidades

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across MSO/IDN HQs, hospitals, and ASC networks
Develop territory-level growth strategies to expand installed base and customer lifetime value
Deliver enterprise contracting negotiations with executive stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, health economics, clinical, operations, and executive leadership
Maintain disciplined CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
