Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks an Executive Area Innovation Manager (AIM) to lead enterprise adoption of AI-enabled GI Genius SaMD across a national footprint. The role blends clinical insight with commercial leadership, partnering with MSOs, IDNs, hospitals, and ambulatory centers to drive strategic growth and value realization.

The ideal candidate will leverage cross-functional leadership to align clinical, technical, and financial value, driving regional expansion while maintaining strong executive

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years with HS diploma or more; 8+ years with an Associate's; 6+ years with a Bachelor's in sales/clinical or related roles within medical devices.
• Experience selling into IDNs, MSOs, hospitals or ASC networks is preferred.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and manage multi-stakeholder negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives by driving enterprise adoption of SaMD platforms.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across healthcare networks.
• Serve as a commercial expert in SaMD and workflow integration.
• Maintain CRM usage, pipeline forecasting, and reporting.
• Build executive relationships with health system leaders and physicians.
