Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead AI-powered customer support deployments for major enterprise clients in the United States. You will align executives, technical teams, and stakeholders on priorities, deployment plans, and success metrics.

You will own post-launch performance, drive adoption and expansion, and collaborate with engineers to deploy production changes while translating customer needs into product strategy.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience owning high-stakes customer outcomes in account/product/consulting/forward-deployed roles.
• Ability to manage senior customer stakeholders and drive retention and expansion.
• Hands-on AI product experience and ability to articulate business value.
• Strong translation of business requirements into technical deployments.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments of AI-powered customer support solutions for enterprise clients.
• Manage post-launch performance, adoption, and expansion across a focused portfolio.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to build and deploy production changes.
• Develop trusted executive relationships and identify new use cases.
• Coordinate procurement, security, legal, and compliance reviews for launches.
