CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Leader to drive enterprise delivery across complex technology initiatives. You will coach Scrum Masters and Program Managers, align with Product Owners, and partner with senior stakeholders.

Location: Hartford, CT or Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid; remote possible). The role manages large budgets and shapes transformation strategies across Medicare and other initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of professional experience including 3–5 years in people management
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall
• Influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of complex tech initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes per the roadmap.
• Contribute to objectives to boost productivity and speed time-to-market.
• Manage annual budgets of $35M–$50M and lead 10–12 scrum masters/program managers.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives.
• Drive outcomes by increasing productivity and collaboration.
• Develop change management plans to sustain Agile transformation.
• Define metrics and reporting to track Agile performance.
• Lead talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Contribute to governance decisions ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
