CVS Health seeks a senior Agile leader to oversee enterprise delivery of multi-program technology initiatives. You will partner with engineering and product teams to drive value-based outcomes, while guiding governance, budgeting, and transformation across complex cross-functional programs.

Location options include Hartford, CT or Pittsburgh, PA with remote flexibility. Eligible for CVS Health bonus, equity program, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 10-15+ years of professional experience
• 3-5 years in people management roles with 5+ direct reports
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+
• Strong execution and delivery skills
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall
• Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation
• Growth mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience with innovation management and digital transformation

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
• Increase productivity and accelerate time-to-market for products and features.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and 10-12 scrum masters/program managers.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation.
• Advise executives on Agile value and strategic decisions.
• Support Agile transformation and sustainability through change management.
• Define metrics and reporting for Agile performance.
