Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive enterprise Agile programs, establish scrum structures, coach through change, and manage a portfolio of initiatives with significant budgets. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and executives to align strategy for Medicare and strategic initiatives.

Location options include Hartford, CT or Pittsburg, PA in a hybrid model with remote potential.

Qualifications

• Over 10–15+ years of professional experience with 3–5 years in people management.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
• Proven ability to implement Agile practices in complex environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated influence on enterprise strategy and large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes per roadmap.
• Drive metrics, reporting standards, and continuous improvement across Agile teams.
• Oversee budget and staffing for 10–12 scrum masters and program managers.
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Promote Agile adoption and communicate value to executives and stakeholders.
