CVS Health is seeking aSenior Program Manager to lead agile delivery across large, cross-functional technology initiatives. You will partner with engineering and product teams to drive value-based outcomes, manage substantial budgets, and guide transformation programs that shape Medicare strategies and other initiatives.

The role requires 10–15+ years of experience with 3–5 years in people management. Hybrid work options in Hartford, CT or Pittsburgh, PA are preferred, with remote possibilities

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
• Proven delivery of Agile initiatives in complex cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple complex technology initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
• Improve productivity and time-to-market to stay competitive.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and 10-12 Scrum Masters/PMs.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives.
• Develop change management plans for Agile transformations.
• Define metrics and reporting for Agile performance.
• Invest in talent development and succession planning.
