Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Agile Coach to support an enterprise agility pilot within a Digital Banking ecosystem. The role focuses on enabling Lean-Agile practices across 24 teams, guiding leaders on agile mindset, and advancing organization-wide agility initiatives.

The contractor will work remotely on a W2 basis, with a compensation range of $110.00–$120.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package typical for W2 consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching multiple agile teams and leaders in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile, Scrum, and scaling frameworks.
• Ability to use metrics and feedback loops to improve agility.
• Experience enabling large-scale transformations and pilots.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Agile Operating Frameworks and Risk Frameworks are followed, using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Create strategic coaching objectives with leaders to drive adoption and maturity of agile practices.
• Provide training sessions on Agile frameworks and engineering practices.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives on Agile leadership practices.
• Empower teams to become cross-functional and self-managing with relentless improvement.
• Develop operating models or roadmaps for future Agile practices across multiple teams.
• Plan and design agile adoption across Digital Banking teams.
