Eliassen Group is seeking an Agile Coach to support an enterprise agility pilot within a Digital Banking ecosystem. Remote contract role guiding 24 teams to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile and modern engineering practices.

You will mentor leaders on agile mindset and help drive organization-wide agility initiatives. The ideal candidate has proven experience coaching multiple agile teams and leaders in enterprise settings, expert knowledge of Lean-Agile, Scrum, and scaled frameworks, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams and leaders in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, and scaled frameworks.
• Experience implementing modern engineering practices in partnership with technology teams.
• Ability to use metrics and feedback loops to assess and improve team and organizational agility.
• Background enabling large-scale transformations and pilot programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Agile Operating Frameworks and Risk Frameworks are followed, leveraging feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement with coaches and scrum masters.
• Create strategic coaching objectives with leaders to drive adoption, maturity, and optimization of agile and product mindset and practices.
• Provide training sessions on Agile frameworks and modern engineering practices.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives on Agile leadership practices.
• Empower teams to become self-managing, cross-functional, and focused on relentless improvement.
• Develop operating models or roadmaps for future Agile practices across multiple teams.
• Plan and design agile adoption across multiple teams within the Digital Banking ecosystem.
