The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $135K to $175K, with a lucrative commission structure and significant equity options.

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience driving new logo sales.
• Experience at a growth-stage company during hypergrowth.
• Ability to overcome obstacles effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales lifecycle and execute against Kalepa's sales playbook.
• Initiate contact with decision-makers at large insurance carriers.
• Demonstrate value from the first sales meeting.
• Negotiate agreements rapidly to provide ongoing value.
