City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Account Operations Analyst to support our Enterprise Account Management team. This remote role connects data, systems, and day-to-day operations so account managers can focus on client relationships and growth.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Account Management, you will manage reporting, coordinate updates, and prepare QBR materials, using Excel, CRM data, and Power BI to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication, turning data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate work order updates.
• Navigate procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa, ServiceChannel) to keep orders moving.
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel, CRM data, and Power BI.
• Analyze service data to identify trends, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare QBR materials with client spend, SLAs, and key metrics.
• Support QBR calls with data support and post-call documentation.
• Track contract milestones and renewal dates for managers.
