Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a major accounts leader to drive growth across public safety accounts in the Western United States. You will own the full sales cycle, engage executive stakeholders, and close six- to seven-figure government or public safety agreements across agencies and associations.

The role requires managing long, complex procurement cycles, traveling within the Western U.S., and building long-term customer relationships to expand adoption across departments and agencies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise or major-account sales experience.
• 3+ years selling to law enforcement or public safety agencies.
• Experience with public-sector RFPs and multi-year contracts.
• Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of major public safety accounts, building executive relationships and closing enterprise agreements.
• Lead government procurement processes, including RFPs and cooperative purchasing.
• Translate outcomes into measurable value propositions to support agency funding and purchasing decisions.
• Build credibility with police chiefs, sheriffs, city managers, and state officials.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and maintain accurate opportunity documentation in the CRM.
• Coordinate onboarding with Implementation and Customer Success teams and grow adoption.
