Job summary

Digital Onboarding, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise growth with banks and credit unions across the United States.

You will own a growth territory, lead multi-stakeholder cycles, and build compelling business cases connecting our platform to client goals around growth and digital transformation. You will partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth post-sale transition and long-term value, leveraging CRM tools and industry knowledge to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SaaS sales with a proven quota attainment.
• Experience selling to financial institutions, ideally community banks or credit unions.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Gong to manage pipeline and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and drive net new business with banks and credit unions.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from outreach through signed agreement.
• Build strategic territory plans and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure post-sale customer success and renewals.
