Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based ENT sales specialist to manage a defined U.S. territory.

You will promote ENT products to physicians and healthcare providers, lead territory planning, and pursue new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with key decision-makers. You will educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and value to support purchasing decisions, conduct in-office demonstrations, and ensure accurate account records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices/healthcare, or 5+ years in field sales with proven goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting ENT products to physicians and providers.
• Hit or exceed sales targets through territory planning and account development.
• Support product evaluations, demonstrations, and in-office procedures.
