Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for ENT in the New York area. You will manage a defined territory, partnering with physicians and clinical teams to support product evaluations and direct sales across office and procedural environments.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, expanding accounts, and educating customers on product features and economic value. Travel across the territory and strong relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device/healthcare or similar field.
• Experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment with interest in sales.
• Outside sales or territory-based selling with track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting ENT products to physicians, hospitals, and clinics.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through territory planning and opportunity management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships within accounts.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and demos in OR and office settings.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and value for purchasing decisions.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers across accounts.
• Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and maintain account records.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement territory strategies and address customer needs.
