Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for ENT to promote innovative ENT solutions to physicians, hospitals, and surgical centers. This field-based role focuses on consultative selling, clinical engagement, and territory management to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with physicians and clinical teams, supporting product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and clinics, while building relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience in customer-facing or high-performance environments with sales potential.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting ENT products to physicians and hospitals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through territory planning and account development.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in OR and office settings.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value for purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers.
• Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and keep accurate account records.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute territory strategies and address customer needs.
