Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Sales Representative for ENT to manage a defined US territory, partnering with physicians and clinical teams to drive growth through consultative selling.

You will educate customers on ENT product features, coordinate product evaluations, and maintain robust territory plans while traveling across accounts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with outside sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a consultative environment.
• Able to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical settings.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting ENT products to physicians, hospitals, and clinics.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through territory planning and account development.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in OR and office settings.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers.
• Forecast territory needs, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute territory strategies.
