Job summary

This role blends consultative selling with territory management and requires travel across the region. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years outside sales experience in medical devices are preferred, with a commission-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Alternative: degree + leadership/athletics/high-performance environment with sales interest.
• May have 5 years outside sales with proven performance.
• Ability to travel across the territory and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting ENT products to physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through territory planning and account development.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Support product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and office settings.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and value to purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, staff, and key decision-makers.
• Forecast territory needs and maintain accurate sales records; collaborate with leadership on strategies.
• Travel across the assigned territory to meet customers and support opportunities.
