Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for ENT in a field-based role. You will expand a defined territory by engaging physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory centers with ENT solutions, while managing accounts and achieving targets through strategic planning and relationships.

Travel across the territory is required to support evaluations and demonstrations. The role emphasizes consultative selling, clinical engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with regional leadership to drive growth

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required; alternative high-performance background acceptable.
• Ability to travel across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory promoting ENT products to physicians and hospitals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through territory planning and account development.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships within accounts.
• Support evaluations, procedures, and demonstrations in OR and office settings.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications and value.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers.
• Forecast territory needs and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on territory strategies and performance.
