This role blends consultative selling with clinical engagement, requiring strategy, relationship-building with surgeons and staff, and strong territory management. Travel will be around 30% across the territory, with incentives tied to performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Or 5+ years of outside sales with proven performance in high‑output environments.
• Ability to support product evaluations in clinical settings.

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting ENT products to physicians and hospitals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through territory planning and opportunity management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships within accounts.

• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and office staff in assigned accounts.
