Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies to support a range of image-guided and robotics-based procedures. This field-based role requires residency within the territory and travel to multiple accounts, with a valid driver’s license essential for on-site installations and customer training.

You will provide clinical and technical support, maintain system performance, and collaborate with Surgical Synergy teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years in clinical, medical sales or imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in clinical, medical sales or imaging/navigation/robotics experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team members for on-site installations.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize system performance.
• Install software and hardware upgrades and perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide telephone clinical support to customers and document issues for resolution.
