Qualifications

• Familiarity with college application procedures and transfer credit concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls and text messages to identified student populations.
• Assist students in navigating enrollment pathways and document preparation.
• Maintain data and document call outcomes as directed by management.
