Job summary

Trellis Company seeks a Student Success Counselor to engage college students and prospective students, guiding enrollment steps and navigating credential programs. The role emphasizes high-volume phone activity, remote work, and collaboration with Trellis and partner colleges.

You will assist with enrollment documentation and provide informed guidance on educational pathways, supporting students through to their first day of classes and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in call center, student services, or customer service.
• Experience working remotely or in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to handle high-volume communications with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls and texts to identified students to encourage enrollment.
• Assess educational/work background to align credential programs with regional needs.
• Assist students with enrollment steps and transfer processes.
• Prepare enrollment documentation per college guidelines.
• Provide guidance on educational pathways and escalate as needed.
• Maintain contact through first day of classes to ensure smooth transition.
