Excellus BCBS is seeking an Enrollment Resolution Examiner to resolve complex enrollment and billing issues between the Health Plan and external customers. The role spans multiple enrollment operational areas and requires collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

You will analyze discrepancies, prepare regulatory-compliant reports, and support process improvements while maintaining member privacy and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of experience with financial data or health insurance enrollment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and work independently.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and enrollment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
