Excellus BCBS is seeking an Enrollment Resolution Examiner to resolve complex enrollment and billing issues across multiple operational areas. The role operates under management guidance and adheres to state and federal guidelines to ensure accurate plan payments.

Level I/II responsibilities include data reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and process improvement, with a focus on privacy, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Formación

• Three (3) years’ experience with financial data or Health Insurance Enrollment experience; or an associate degree in finance, accounting, or similar discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to establish constructive relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile enrollment data and billing by applying internal and external guidelines to ensure accurate payments.
• Review and update member/subscriber/group files to resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate issues, monitor progress, and propose process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Prepare periodic processing reports and assist cross-functional teams as needed.
