Excellus BCBS is seeking an Enrollment Resolution Examiner to resolve complex enrollment and billing reconciliation issues between the Health Plan and external customers, including state and federal agencies, under management guidance and policy.

The role spans multiple enrollment operational areas, requiring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, accuracy, privacy, and service excellence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience with financial data or health insurance enrollment.
• Capable of establishing constructive relationships with all levels of internal and external of the organization.
• Must be able to prioritize assignments and work accurately and independently within established time frames.
• Must have solid communication skills – both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile enrollment data and ensure billing accuracy.
• Review and update discrepancies from internal departments and external customers.
• Investigate, analyze, track and monitor operational issues related to financial balancing.
• Prepare regular and periodic reports for processing guidance and transaction review.
• Support and communicate with other departments to resolve problems and recommend procedural changes.
• Maintain member privacy in accordance with corporate policies.
