Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Resolution Examiner to resolve complex enrollment and billing issues across multiple operational areas.

You will work under management to ensure accurate enrollment data and compliant reporting while coordinating with external customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering accurate financial records in a healthcare enrollment environment.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience with financial data or Health Insurance Enrollment experience; or an associate degree in finance, accounting, or similar discipline.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile enrollment data and verify billing accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze reports on processing transactions.
• Communicate with internal/external customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Mentor teammates and share best practices.
• Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies.
