Job summary

Univera Healthcare is seeking an Enrollment Resolution Examiner to resolve complex enrollment and billing discrepancies between the Health Plan and external customers, aligning with State and Federal guidelines. The role spans multiple Enrollment operations and requires meticulous data review.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in health insurance enrollment or financial data, with strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years' experience with financial data or Health Insurance Enrollment.
• Capable of establishing constructive relationships with all levels of internal and external of the organization.
• Must be able to prioritize assignments and work accurately and independently within established time frames.
• Must have solid communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile enrollment data and ensure accurate billing to maintain financial records.
• Review and update member/group files and resolve discrepancies with internal/external stakeholders.
• Investigate operational issues, balancing funds, and support process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on processing guidance and enrollment transactions.
• Communicate and document recommendations for procedure changes.
