Excellus BCBS is seeking an Enrollment Resolution Examiner to resolve complex enrollment and billing issues across multiple enrollment operations. The role supports reconciliation of data with internal guidelines and external customers, including government agencies, under management direction.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting financial analyses and recommendations.
• Three (3) years’ experience with financial data or Health Insurance Enrollment experience.
• Ability to establish constructive relationships with all levels of internal and external organizations.
• Must prioritize assignments and work accurately within tight timeframes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computer tools including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile regulatory and Health Plan Enrollment data using guidelines and procedures.
• Update member/group documentation to resolve account discrepancies.
• Investigate and monitor enrollment issues and support process improvements.
• Prepare routine reports on enrollment processing and related transactions.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners and document changes for procedures.
