Job summary

Excellus Health Plan Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Resolution Examiner to resolve complex enrollment and billing reconciliation issues across the Health Plan and with external customers, including State and Federal agencies.

The role operates under management guidance and adheres to applicable guidelines. Level I focuses on audit, data reconciliation, reporting, and process improvements; Level II adds mentorship and subject matter expertise, cross-functional project work, and training peers.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience with financial data or health insurance enrollment.
• Ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting.
• Ability to prioritize, work accurately and independently.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile enrollment data and ensure accurate billing and regulatory compliance.
• Update member/group documentation and resolve discrepancies with internal/external parties.
• Analyze issues, monitor performance, and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on enrollment processing and financial transactions.
