All Birth Care is seeking a Referral & Enrollment Specialist to support remote intake and enrollment for families seeking maternal health services.

You will review referrals, contact prospective participants, perform screenings, and document outcomes in our systems, while coordinating next steps with program teams. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and compassionate communication.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-up outreach.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and review incoming referrals from partners and platforms.
• Contact referred individuals by phone, text, and email to explain next steps.
• Conduct initial screening calls and collect enrollment information.
• Enter accurate information into the client management system.
• Protect confidential client information and privacy requirements.
• Coordinate next steps and follow-up for enrolled participants.
• Escalate complex questions to the appropriate team member.
