Fielding Graduate University is seeking a Record Specialist II: Enrollment Coordinator to work remotely on a full-time 37.5-hour week. The role requires strong knowledge of Registrar procedures, matriculation, and program enrollment from intake to conferral.

Responsibilities include onboarding students in Colleague, issuing conferrals in Parchment, advising on enrollment verification, and collaborating with departments to support student retention.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of clerical or administrative experience in higher education, preferably in a Registrar’s office.
• Major in humanities, social sciences, liberal arts, or business, public, or educational administration is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a first point of contact for Registrar Office procedures and policies and manage records related to student enrollment.
• Possess knowledge of the enrollment process to support Fielding constituents from matriculation through program selection.
• Onboard new students in Colleague and produce conferred awards in Parchment for graduates; advise students and faculty about enrollment confirmation and documentation requests such as enrollment verification letters.
• Collaborate with academic and other departments to contribute to student retention.
