Job summary

The University of Miami, Division of Enrollment Management, invites applications for a full-time Enrollment Operations Specialist to work remotely.

You will support special populations, process I-20 requests with ISSS, manage the Need Information workflow, and provide concierge service to the Athletes department, ensuring accuracy across Slate CRM, PeopleSoft/CaneLink, PowerFAIDS, College Board, and OnBase.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience managing records, preferably in higher education or corporate setting.
• Knowledge of records management concepts is important for this position.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to provide customer service to students, parents, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Manage the I-20 workflow and prepare files for admission review across systems.
• Liaise with the Athletics Department to ensure athlete records are complete and accurate.
• Assist Admissions and Enrollment Management Operations with student record changes.
• Process undergraduate student records from initial contact through enrollment.
• Generate queries and analyze results to troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems.
• Review mismatched records and correct errors to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Assist with final high school transcript reviews and respond to student/parent inquiries.
