Inspire Early Education is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to move families from inquiry to fully enrolled in Kindertales. This back-office role supports School Directors by ensuring accurate account setup, schedules, and billing links, while owning the end-to-end workflow.

You will manage private-pay and subsidy enrollments, activate parent accounts, and coordinate with HR, AR, and district managers to finalize subsidies and apply discounts. Experience with CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, enrollment, billing, or a similar process-driven role.
• Strong proficiency with CRM/management software and ability to learn Kindertales quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail with billing, schedules, and authorization data.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and families.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and ensure clean hand-offs.
• Adaptable to change and helps refine workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enrollment workflow in Kindertales for private pay and subsidies.
• Create new child accounts, set up programs, schedules, and tuition tiers, and activate parent accounts.
• Coordinate with Directors, HR, AR for discounts, scheduling changes, subsidy billing, and approvals.
• Ensure accurate data entry and smooth hand-offs to schools and district managers.
