Galen College of Nursing seeks an Enrollment Manager to motivate, lead, and support the enrollment team toward quarterly new student enrollment goals. This remote role supports nationwide operations.

Develop recruitment strategies, oversee admissions and financial aid processes, and coach staff. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is required, with occasional travel for events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, or registration preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, lead, and support the enrollment team to meet quarterly new student enrollment goals.
• Develop recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives (Open Houses, College Fairs, events).
• Forecast admissions and financial aid; build and coach teams to meet goals.
• Oversee admissions and financial aid operations including hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Utilize CRM systems for monitoring metrics and reporting.
• Assist in accreditation reports related to Enrollment.
• Perform other duties to support campus administration.
