Job summary

Galen College of Nursing seeks a Regional Director of Enrollment in Houston to lead patient-centered recruitment, admissions, and placement efforts across campuses. The role drives admission goals with a collaborative, data-driven approach and partners with campus teams and the VP of Enrollment Management.

You will oversee training for Admissions Managers and Representatives, enhance recruitment processes, and expand high school outreach.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of successful sales and management, preferably in higher education.
• Special Qualifications: Excellent written and oral communication, strong organizational skills, knowledge of college admissions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report progress of each campus/individual Admission Representative.
• Develop system recruitment and admission training procedures.
• Provide support and ongoing training for Admissions Managers and Admission Representatives.
• Recruit, hire and train new Admission Representatives as needed.
• Increase communications and motivation among Admissions Representatives.
• Define and evaluate position descriptions for Admission Representatives.
• Implement follow-up procedures to improve the admissions process.
• Develop and plan annual training meetings for Regional Admission Representatives.
• Attend management training and recruitment-related seminars.
• Improve high school marketing in Galen Regional campus markets.
