Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, or registration preferred.
• Experience with process-improvement initiatives and change-management environments preferred.
• CRM experience with enrollment-related systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment team to meet or exceed quarterly new student enrollment goals.
• Develop outreach initiatives (workshops, open houses, college fairs, events).
• Forecast admissions and financial aid, and manage teams accordingly.
• Oversee admissions and financial aid operations, including hiring, training, and coaching.
