• Experience or skill in admissions or recruiting for organizations with similar priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or other relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience.
• Strong intuitive skills and ability to make sound decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
• Able to analyze and interpret data and make fact-based recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to collaborate with others as primary means to achieve results.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates applicant files; makes recommendations for decisions; participates in Admissions Committee meetings (75%).
• Provides feedback to waitlisted and unsuccessful applicants; interviews applicants; responds to questions from applicants and admitted students.
• Contributes ideas to develop future applications and materials.
• Demonstrates commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
