Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exercises judgment and initiative and maintains confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Suite, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to applicant and admitted students’ questions, delivering information about programs and enhancing the school’s reputation.
• Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for admissions activities.
• Maintain and update public information about Geisel admissions on websites and profiles.
• Support the Associate Dean of Admissions with scheduling and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with students and alumni during the admissions cycle to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist incoming students with prematriculation questions and provide information about Hanover and the Upper Valley.
