Job summary

Dartmouth College is seeking a Program Manager for the MBA Program Office (MBAPO) in Hanover, NH. The role focuses on coordinating student activity programs, housing logistics, and high-touch event support for MBA students and affiliated faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience and skill successfully managing and planning logistically complex events and programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, project management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistical plans for welcoming the new MBA class at Tuck and ensure a welcoming first interaction on campus.
• Manage housing process for Sachem Housing and maintain waitlists as applicable.
• Support 70 student clubs in event planning, AV orders, and related guidance.
• Assist MBA Program leadership with the planning and execution of Launch and Investiture.
• Process student reimbursements under MBAPO supervision.
• Co-manage MBAPO office email and triage inquiries as needed.
