Job summary

Northeastern Technical College is seeking an Admissions Counselor to deliver exceptional service to students and the public, recruit qualified candidates for educational opportunities, and guide applicants through the enrollment process. You will develop strategic recruitment plans and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, and community partners.

The role requires collaboration with the Director of Admissions, prioritization of initiatives, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred for advancement.
• Experience in higher education recruitment or student services is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service to students, colleagues, and the public.
• Recruits qualified future graduates to educational opportunities offered by the College.
• Develops and implements recruitment plans to achieve goals.
• Builds relationships with internal and external constituencies.
• Conducts ongoing communication with prospective students across multiple channels.
• Maintains records on recruitment efforts and assists with data collection.
