Job summary

Northeastern University is seeking an Assistant Director of Compliance and Enrollment Management to promote NCAA rules education, monitor compliance, and support enrollment services. The role interfaces with admissions, financial aid, housing and registrar to ensure integrity and policy adherence across the department.

The position requires knowledge of NCAA rules, strong communication, and experience with compliance software and data systems. Travel nights/weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years NCAA compliance experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules interpretations and education delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor documentation for NCAA compliance; develop rules education program for athletes, coaches and staff.
• Assist with onboarding meetings, waivers, and interpretation requests; review NCAA legislation.
• Maintain compliance records in Compliance Assistant and Teamworks Compliance; manage reports and audits.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar and other campus partners on enrollment processes.
• Contribute to development and implementation of a robust compliance program and policy materials.
