Noodle is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to join Enrollment Services. This remote, US-based role focuses on helping prospective students understand programs and how they fit their goals. You will identify needs, engage via phone, text, and email, qualify inquiries, and guide applicants from inquiry through deposit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years in higher education, admissions, recruitment, or sales preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with grit and persistence.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand prospective students’ needs.
• Engage via phone, text, and email following cadence.
• Qualify inquiries and applicants for degree programs.
• Explain institutional offerings and differentiators to individuals and during events.
• Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry to deposit.
• Act with integrity and in the best interest of the university partner.
