Acceleration Academies is hiring Enrollment Counselors to support student enrollment growth nationwide. This remote, full-time role guides prospective students and guardians through the enrollment process with empathy and clarity.

Responsibilities include leading the enrollment funnel from initial inquiry to first day, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with team members to meet ambitious enrollment goals. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles; consultative sales preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM or telemarketing software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Five9, RingCentral) preferred.
• Must pass state and federal background checks and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and families through inbound and outbound outreach.
• Own the full enrollment funnel from inquiry to first day.
• Guide applicants through the application steps with clear direction at each stage.
• Maintain real-time CRM records of outreach and interactions.
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals and performance metrics.
