Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an Associate, Admissions and Enrollment Management to drive enrollment and onboarding for Career Accelerator programs. You will manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer through program start, ensuring milestones are met and a seamless enrollment experience.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, collaboration across teams, and maintaining accurate learner data in Salesforce to support cohort launches and enrollment readiness.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, customer success, inside sales, student services, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience managing a learner or customer portfolio, pipeline, or caseload.
• Proven ability to build rapport, proactively engage individuals, and work toward measurable goals or performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment and program start.
• Guide learners through enrollment milestones and documentation, technology, and payment verification.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, SMS, and virtual meetings to maintain learner engagement.
• Build strong learner relationships and serve as a trusted resource throughout enrollment and onboarding.
• Communicate program expectations, deadlines, and commitments to learners and stakeholders.
