Job summary

BoldAge PACE is seeking an Enrollment Advisor - Remote to manage a high-volume pipeline via phone, text, and email. You will qualify prospects, verify eligibility, and coordinate documentation with internal partners to move leads toward enrollment readiness.

Under supervision, you’ll conduct discovery, determine the best enrollment pathway, and hand off to enrollment navigators. This role emphasizes speed-to-lead and compassionate engagement with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in business, healthcare, or marketing.
• Minimum 3 years in inside sales, healthcare enrollment, patient access, admissions, or high-volume call center.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving enrollment goals.
• CRM proficiency and accurate documentation is required.
• Healthcare/Medicare/Medicaid or senior services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Decide funnel placement and enrollment pathways for each prospect.
• Assess eligibility and determine viable enrollment candidates.
• Disqualify or mark leads as lost when not a fit.
• Own the pathway to enrollment for each prospect.
• Outbound speed-to-lead within minutes; be primary contact for referrals.
• Engage across phone, text, and email to advance prospects.
• Lead discovery and qualify eligibility for PACE services.
• Endorse qualified prospects to Enrollment Navigator with warm handoffs.
