A leading retirement services provider is seeking an experienced Enrolled Actuary with Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plan expertise. This fully remote position involves delivering actuarial and consulting services such as compliance testing and plan design guidance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, an EA designation, and strong project management skills. Qualifications

• Enrolled Actuary (EA) designation required.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Defined Benefit and/or Cash Balance plans.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plan valuation results.
• Prepare and file PBGC reports for Defined Benefit plans.
• Advise clients on plan design strategies and contribution structures.
• Perform and analyze nondiscrimination testing.
• Calculate participant benefits and provide ongoing client support.

Skills

Retirement plan experience

Strong knowledge of nondiscrimination testing

Project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with Relius or FT William

Education

Enrolled Actuary (EA) designation
